First things first: A huge happy birthday to the most patient, kindest person I know — my husband Scott. He deserves a lot of thanks for putting up with me and my shenanigans.

In honor of Scott’s birthday, I’m giving away two tickets to an event I know that he is really excited about: Cleveland’s LEGO KidsFest!

The LEGO KidsFest brings together all of the creative hands-on enjoyment of LEGO building in one family-friendly weekend. On November 4, 5 and 6, the I-X Center will host a slew of activities for people of all ages.

And, I have 2 tickets to give away for the 3pm-7:30pm session on Sunday, Nov. 6th!

I was never a creative lego kid. I always built the same thing–a lego house. My brother, on the other hand, was a whiz. I’d like to go to the Lego KidsFest to get my young son excited about being creative with legos–like his uncle–and not like his stodgy mom! :)

Played with legos at the doctor’s office way before purell and the crates in the corners for the germy used toys.

I don’t know if I have a favorite memory. But I know I WILL. My 3 year old girl loves to do LEGOs with Daddy. They play together all.the.time!

our favorite Lego memory was when we found the Harry Potter Hogwarts Express set at Borders Outlet for $9.99 and we had a coupon for an additional 50% off! Since I can’t normally afford larger lego sets, my son was so happy!!

My grandson builds almost daily using his many mixed selections of legos. He would be most happy to attend his first lego mix-a-lot. He and his brother would smile forever.

I think the event we would most look forward to is either Creation Nation or the Master Builder Sessions. My son would also love anything Lego Universe.

I think my favorite Lego memories would be watching my 11 year old son introduce his little sister to Lego building and seeing her catch on and love it as much as he does! Nice to see them play and share without fighting!

Love , Love, Love LEGOS! Love snapping the pieces together. Making buildings with windows and doors that open. Designing a Sculpture with repeating colors. How tall can I go! Just love them! If I win I want to raffle the tickets off in my ART class at North Royalton Middle School! That would be fun! NRMS Rocks!

LEGO Master Builder Academy Sounds cool! I want to learn more advanced building techniques because I’ve been using legos FOREVER!
